We believe that opportunity should be easier to find, understand and access.

Our Purpose

Izandla Zagezana was founded to help young people in South Africa navigate the challenges of unemployment and finding opportunities.

Many young people have the ability and ambition to work, but finding legitimate opportunities, preparing the right documents and understanding where to start can be difficult.

Our goal is to make that journey easier by bringing useful resources and guidance together in one place.

The name Izandla Zagezana comes from the idea that when people help one another, everyone benefits.

Thulane Nonyane, also known as Wayray, founded this program with the vision of creating a practical platform that can help young South Africans find opportunities and take steps toward becoming economically independent.
